Metal cutting machine — CNC Horizontal

Who we are looking for

  • If you have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position (however, employment in the field is not a prerequisite).
  • Can you read in drawing documentation.
  • You can work with gauges.
  • You have Binding and crane license.

You will work directly in PME, in Přerov. Your job will be to program the machine in Heidenhain, including the assignment of appropriate tools. But you don't have to worry if you don't know the program. We can prepare everything for you. You will operate the WHT 130. You will be in charge of drilling, boring, reaming holes, milling, countersinking or threading.

According to the drawing documentation, you will prepare the tools and conduct an inspection of each machined part. You will handle loads using lifting devices. Part of your day will be the fulfillment of machine operator duties, which are determined by the Operating Book, as well as fulfilling the obligations of the meter user according to the Metrological Code of the company.

Shifts are 8-hour. After each shift, it is necessary to carry out routine maintenance so that the next shift can use the machine immediately.
