We verify the suitability of the part for 3D scanning with regard to its size, accessibility and surface. We will perform the scan directly at your place and prepare the outputs exactly according to the intended use. In the case of production of a new part, we also provide quality control with comparison with the reference CAD model.

QUALITY CONTROL
We carry out inspection of welded parts directly in the customer's production hall. We verify the overall geometry of the components by comparing it with the reference CAD model and we check the geometric tolerances (GD&T) according to the requirements of the drawing documentation. These are, for example, flatness, perpendicularity, cylindricity, circularity of holes,... We deliver the results of the inspection in a clear and understandable form according to the customer's requirements.

With the Shining 3D FreeScan Trak Nova, we achieve high speed and certified accuracy of up to 0.08mm, including complete capture of complex geometry, glossy and black surfaces, without the need for position markers (dots). The resulting data is ready for archiving and further use.
