At PME, we offer comprehensive surface treatments, including both shot blasting and wet painting. These processes ensure not only a perfect appearance but also enhanced resistance of materials to corrosion and environmental factors.
Shot blasting Sa 2.5 – effective surface preparation
- Continuous shot blasting – quick and uniform treatment of large batches of materials and cut parts
- Manual shot blasting – option for individual processing of single products
- Surface preparation to Sa 2.5 standard – removal of dirt, rust, and mill scale for optimal coating adhesion
Wet painting – protection and aesthetics in one
- Use of high-pressure equipment – uniform paint application with excellent adhesion
- Painting and drying booth 5 × 5 × 12 m – capability to treat large parts and structures
- Durable coatings – protection against corrosion, chemicals, and mechanical damage
Wide range of coating systems
Thanks to our many years of experience in surface treatments, we work with various types of industrial coatings that meet the most demanding requirements for both protection and aesthetics. We use synthetic, alkyd, epoxy, polyurethane, and acrylic paints suitable for different environments and operating conditions. We assess each project individually and help you choose the most suitable type of coating with regard to resistance to corrosion, chemicals, UV radiation, and mechanical wear.

Our Production Capabilities
